The best part of working for Subway® is having a chat with customers, setting yourself goals and making close friends. I joined Subway® in July 2015. It was my first job when I came to the UK from Poland. I started University in Buckinghamshire. During these years I have grown up and learned a lot. Working in the food business is not only about dealing with customers and external entities to the business but also learning how to work with colleagues as a team. You have to take responsibility for your work, be patient and learn how to communicate with people. I still work part time in Subway® with a great team and supporting management. Coming to work never makes me feel bad, I really enjoy the environment. It's great to be here. More
